⚠️ Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your meal plans, recipes, and personal data will be erased.
Option 1 — Delete from the App (Fastest)
You can delete your account directly from the 9jaChef app:
- 1 Open the 9jaChef app on your phone
- 2 Tap your profile avatar (top right of home screen)
- 3 Scroll down to Account Settings
- 4 Tap Delete Account
- 5 Confirm deletion
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.

Option 2 — Submit a Deletion Request
If you can't access the app, fill in the form below and we'll delete your account within 7 days.
✅ Your deletion request has been submitted. We'll process it within 7 days and send a confirmation to your email.
What gets deleted
- ✓ Your profile and personal information
- ✓ All meal plans you've generated
- ✓ Your cookbook and saved recipes
- ✓ Your referral history
- ✓ Your subscription data
Note: If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
