All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your profile settings. Payments are processed securely by Paystack.
Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your Profile screen inside the app at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
How is payment processed?
All payments are processed securely by Paystack, Nigeria's leading payment processor. We accept debit cards, bank transfer, and USSD.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid plan, contact us at hello@9jachef.app and we'll process a refund. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. When you refer a friend using your referral code, both of you get 14 days of Pro access free. You can also start with the Free plan for as long as you like.
Are prices going to change?
We'll always give you at least 30 days notice before any pricing changes. Early subscribers may be eligible for grandfather pricing.
